hey
They call me Nay, Ná, Naná...
I am an integrative therapist, mentor, writer, and facilitator of awareness processes. But, above all, I am someone deeply interested in the human experience.
I spent almost two decades in human resources, observing people, behaviors, and transformations. It was on this path that I began to realize that many pains didn't just stem from the mind or circumstances—but from emotional, energetic, and unconscious layers that silently influence life.
Over time, this calling became impossible to ignore.
Today my work integrates deep listening, energy perception, and therapeutic practices aimed at reconnecting with one's essence. I want to make spirituality more accessible, human, and applicable to real life without mystical excesses or unrealistic promises.
I have almost 10 years of clinical experience as a therapist and extensive training in integrative and energetic therapies — ThetaHealing®, NLP, Hypnosis, Reiki, Akashic Records, Shamanic Therapy, Psychosomatics, among other approaches. My background also includes Psychopedagogy, Human Resources Management, Mindfulness, Psychology, and ongoing studies in human behavior and development.
It's not just intuition. It's method, listening, and almost a decade of practice.
Along this path I have developed my own methodology, born from the integration of awareness, deep listening, energy reading and inner reconnection. Something that respects the rhythm and individuality of each person.
Since childhood I have possessed a heightened sensitivity to what lies beyond the visible. The near-death experiences I have had throughout my life have further intensified this perception and have profoundly shaped how I care for and perceive people.
I don't believe in ready-made formulas or paths to spiritual perfection. I believe in presence, clarity, autonomy, and awareness.
For me, healing doesn't mean becoming a different person. It means remembering who you were before the excesses, the noise, and the disconnections.
When I'm not attending to clients or writing, I'm probably in silence close to nature, drinking tea, or learning from my daughter about presence and simplicity.
